The Black and Decker Brew and Go review, everything you wanted to know about your favorite on the run coffee maker. Pictured to the left is the Black & Decker DCM18S, a hefty brew and go coffee machine for quick coffee on the road when you’re in a rush… or even if you just want to have a decent sized mug of coffee for the morning that stays warm. That’s one of my favorite features of this Black & Decker coffee maker, the fact that the thermal mug, is both thermal and large. A decent 15 ounces!
As you can see from the image, the Black and Decker Brew n Go has a tapered waist so that it fits in just about all car cup holders. It’s a decent size to keep you fuelled for the morning but also it has been designed to fit into your car’s cup and holder. Leave it to Black & Decker coffee makers for that nice touch. The handle is rubber and also very nice in the palm. Comfortable and soft.
You’d be hard pressed to find a cheaper coffee maker than this cheap Black and Decker coffee maker. But if you to choose to buy the Black and Decker brew and go you can be assured that you’re not getting a coffee maker that will break on you 5 minutes after you’ve brought it home. It has a handy 1 year warranty though the mechanism is fairly simple so it should last quite a bit longer than that.
Here are some of the great features of the Black and Decker travel coffee mug:
- Personal coffee maker that brews directly into its own thermal coffee mug
- The stainless steel coffee mug is tapered to fit just about all cars and trucks
- Permanent filter for hassle free morning coffee routines
- Dishwasher safe mug, mug lid, filter basket and permanent filter
- Auto shutoff so you can grab and go without worrying about turning it off
The footprint of the Black and Decker DCM18S is small so it can fit in any kitchen. From the small galley kitchen in most apartments to the larger fancy kitchens of Michelin restaurants 😉 It measures about 9 inches by 7 inches by 6 inches. And of course, you can use paper filters if you prefer, but oftentimes when you’re in a rush all you want is to grab your coffee and go. For those of you looking for a brew and go coffee maker the Black and Decker brew and go should be seriously considered.

This is an excellent one cup coffee maker. It takes a little experimenting to determine how much coffee to use for desired strength. I use one a 1/8 heaping coffee scoop. Auto shut-off is a great feature. It prevents the unit from running all day in case you forget to turn it off when you leave for work. – D. Voorhees
